As a professional psychotherapist, I can provide a safe, warm and supportive space, where you can talk freely without judgement, in total confidence.
My own experiences, working in business, the voluntary sector, and the education sector, has enabled me to help people cope with a range of life's ever evolving events, traumas and challenges. As well as seeing individual couples and individuals, I also work with a private clinic in the South East, offering confidential therapy and support for professional sports people - current and in retirement.

In my own time, I am a busy Mum and enjoy walking, reading, listening to Radio 4 and swimming.
I enjoy mini breaks away with my family both abroad and in the UK. One of my favourite spots is Mudeford Quay in Dorset - a recent photograph I took features on my home page.
